Photographic Print Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your photographic print we recommend the following:

• Keep your print out of direct sunlight

• Minimise hand contact with the paper.

• Have it framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board and lightweight acrylic.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. Please contact us if you have any questions or to discuss rates. You can see our Shipping & Returns page for more information or you will be guided through this process and costs when you proceed to checkout.

HOW long until i get my print?

Typically it will take 28 days. Please view our Shipping & Returns page for exact details or tell us if you need an express delivery for a special occasion. We’re all about last minute ideas being the perfect surprise!

IN what currency are thr prices?

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We send all goods from Australia. Depending on your location you may be charged sales tax by your country of residence.

What is your returns policy?

What size prints do you offer?

Photographic prints are available in A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0 paper sizes. Please contact us should you wish to discuss other sizing options.

How are your prints made?

Ben’s work is Giclée printed on heavyweight archival cotton rag photo art paper, the same photo paper used exclusively by major professional photo labs worldwide, assuring exceptional quality and archival longevity. Ben has pre-selected a paper that suits each image in the print shop. If you would prefer an alternate paper or paper finish from the one Ben has selected please process the order and then email us within 48hours with your request hi@benperkinsphotography.com.au.

Ben’s preferred paper selection is typically Canson Platine (lustre / semi-gloss finish) or Museo Portfolio Rag (matte finish) depending on the individual artwork. Prints are made using genuine Epson Inks to guarantee the finished image exhibits the most vibrant range of colours and tones available. All prints are made right here in Australia.

ARE THE PRINTS SIGNED?

Yes each print that leaves the studio is hand signed by Ben. A certificate of authenticity can be provided upon request.

I’ve seen a photograph of yours that I love but I can’t see it offered for sale on your website. how can i purchase it?

If you see one of my images on any of my social media channels, I would be delighted to arrange a custom print for you at our standard rates. Just email me with a screenshot of the image and we can discuss.

Do you offer custom sizes?

We are happy to print your favourite artwork in a custom size for you. Please contact us at hi@benperkinsphotography.com.au if you would like a quote to arrange a custom order.

Do you offer framing?

Yes, we offer framing in Ben’s signature style as an option on all photographic prints. Ben has pre-selected a frame that suits each image in the print shop. If you would prefer an alternate frame or finish from the one Ben has selected please process the order and then email us within 48hours with your request to hi@benperkinsphotography.com.au. We strive to select sustainably sourced timber mouldings. We work with a professional art framer to finish your new photographic print in Ben’s selection of either:

• Unstained Tasmanian Oak

• White Finished Tasmanian Oak

• Black Finished Tasmanian Oak.

All frame options come with a matching white mat boarder and museum grade acrylic to protect the work.

How long does framing take?

From the date you order to the date of delivery, please allow 28 days.

Your artwork is printed to order and personally signed by Ben in his studio before being delivered to the art framer to be framed and finished. It is then shipped securely to ensure its safe delivery to your address.

Computer screen vs final print

Every effort has been made on this website to accurately represent the colours of the finished image. Due to the differences in computer screens variations can occur when viewing this website across different computer screens. Due to the differences between back lit computer screens and front lit prints, slight variations in the image will occur.

We strive to make the colour and sharpness of your finished print far superior to what can be presented on a small screen at low definition but please be aware that slight differences do occur.

I LIKE your images, do you mind if i use them?

Yes I do. Unless you obtain permission to reproduce my images it’s a breach of copyright. If you are still unclear please email hi@benperkinsphotography.com.au.
