Photographic Prints

Unfortunately we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If you need to change your order please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Unfortunately, we are unable to process changes for items that have started production.

Framed Photographic Prints

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of framed photographic prints.

Shipping Information

I’ve ordered a print, how long do i have to wait?

All photographic prints are custom printed just for you and signed before they leave the studio.

Unframed fine art prints are sent from the studio within 10 business days.

Framed fine art prints are sent either from our framer’s studio or Ben’s within 28 business days.

How do you Package the prints?

Our unframed prints will be handled with white art gloves and rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube.

Our framed fine art prints will be safely packaged and ready for transportation.

How do you send the framed prints?

All framed prints will be sent via TNT. We’ll notify you with a tracking number when your delivery is on its way.

How MUCH DOES POSTAGE COST?

Postage costs are determined at checkout and consider the items you have selected, and your location.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.

All parcels sent with Australia Post are registered and parcels sent internationally are tracked.

Delivery Estimates (within Australia)

Please see above for unframed and framed print lead times. The estimates below are for delivery after your print has arrived in the studio or is ready to leave directly from the framer:

  • Standard VIC Delivery: 2 – 4 Business Days

  • Standard NSW/ACT/QLD/SA Delivery: 4 – 5 Business Days

  • Standard NT/WA Delivery: 5 – 6 Days

  • Standard Delivery Rural Areas: 6 – 12 Business Days

Delivery Estimates (International)

  • Standard UK Delivery: 8 – 10 Business Days

  • Standard USA Delivery: 10 – 14 Business Days

  • Standard International Delivery to Remote Areas: 14 – 21 Business Days

Can I track my item?

Yes. Once we have shipped your item, we will send you a courtesy email to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email from Australia Post or TNT.

Can I ruSh an order?

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates. SHOUld I be concerned?

Please check your inbox and junk folder first for order confirmations and updates. If you still can’t find anything please email hi@benperkinsphotography.com.au and we will respond as soon as possible.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that damage should occur in transit please email us within 7 days of receiving the package for a complimentary replacement. Please email us with a photo of the damage, a photo of the shipping packaging, your order information and a brief description of the damage so we can attend to the issue quickly and replace the damaged goods for you.
